about Atelier Pip

Atelier Pip is a London-based drinks consultancy, founded by Zoe Burgess in 2019. Flavour, and its role in drinks creation and experience is at the centre of its approach and services. The range of services include Menu & Concept Creation, Training & Operations, Cocktail & Product Development, Flavour Profiling & Pairing and Brand Expression & Education.

The work of Atelier Pip is tailored to each individual client dependent on their needs and the context of the project at hand. Projects range from the curation of an entire bar, from ideation to drinks menu to soundtrack, to project-specific collaborations and enhancement of an existing cocktail programme.

From Michelin-starred to independent restaurants, hotels, bars and drinks brands.

 about zoe burgess

‘My work isn’t about just designing a drink, or a menu, it’s about weaving together a mix of ingredients, which will evolve to mean so much more than their stylish name or thoughtful glassware. These flavours begin to tell the stories of the brands they represent - celebrating the people, places and cultural moments that are meaningful to them.’

Zoe Burgess is the founder of one of London’s leading drinks consultancies, Atelier Pip with over 15 years experience creating cocktails and concepts for bars, restaurants and hotels.
